Floor and Restore Sundays: February 9, March 16, April 13, May 11 5:30-6:30pm
Floor and Restore is a blissful 60-minute journey designed to nurture your body and mind. This all-floor class immerses you in a serene blend of seated, reclined, and restorative postures, infused with SATYA (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga) inspired movements.
Let go of stress with a deeply soothing 15-20 minute guided meditation, followed by an extended savasana to truly unwind. Class ends with therapeutic oils applied to your forehead (with an option to opt in or out of oil application).
