Enjoy yoga with your baby (6 weeks - 9 months)
A peaceful and empowering class for new moms looking for an opportunity to recharge, strengthen, and connect with their babies and other new moms. In this 60 minute class, we'll focus on poses geared towards releasing tension in the body and strengthening poses (working to regain stability in the core and pelvic floor). Class will end with an extended period of relaxation. Younger babies will be able to rest on a blanket by your mat, while older babies will be incorporated into the yoga practice. A safe space for all skill levels and all babies!
