Always wanted to try yoga and not sure where to begin? Not quite ready to jump into a public class? Looking for a breakdown of the fundamentals of yoga? Take a deep breath. This series is for you!
In this 3-week series we will cover:
-The names and basics of common yoga postures performed in yoga classes
- How to use props and modifications to maximize enjoyment and safety of the yoga poses
- Practical approaches to alignment to keep you safe and practicing for a lifetime
- Breathing exercises to establish a stable practice Practice safely in a welcoming environment, with specific emphasis on your personal alignment needs.
Our group will be small (capacity 8). A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for this series.
