Intro to Flow Series Tuesday October 3, 10, 17 6:30-7:45pm Swan River Yoga This series is designed for those who are interested in attending Flow classes and who seek more personalized attention than might be received in a public class. The series is suitable for long-time beginner students or students who have completed the Yoga Foundations series and students who frequently attend Swan River Flow and Align class and would like a more thorough breakdown of certain poses and practices. In this small group, semi-private group setting (maximum of 8 students) you will receive clear demonstrations, instructions, and be able to ask questions and receive personal attention regarding any personal injuries or limitations. We will learn: - How to use the breath fully during the asana practice, especially during transitions - Breakdown of sun salutations series and how to modify, with a special emphasis on chaturanga dandasana - General and clear principles of alignment that can be applied to more advanced standing poses, binds, and stretches Our group will be small (capacity 8).
