Second Sunday of Every Month Prenatal Yoga Series Grace Pilates+Yoga 4223 Magazine Street The Prenatal yoga series will take place the 2nd Sunday of the month from March through August. Each session has a different focus and can be taken as a one-time class, or students can participate in the full 6 month series. Each session is appropriate for individuals at any stage of their pregnancy (Note: Participants should check with their doctor first about their individual situation and/or concerns.). Sessions will be set up in a workshop-like format— Students will be led through asana (the physical practice of yoga) poses as well as breathing and relaxation exercises. Conversation and questions will be a large component of each class. All poses and exercises will be explained in full so that participants can then go home and feel empowered to practice throughout their whole pregnancy (and post birth as well!).
